Maternal OT Groups
Being a mom is beautiful, messy, and overwhelming. Some days you've got it figured out, other days you're crying in the bathroom. If you're nodding along, you've come to the right place.
True to our belief that empowering the family means empowering the child, Play and Grow Therapy offers specialized maternal OT groups. We understand that motherhood brings unique challenges—from postpartum adjustment to the ongoing demands of raising children. Our groups provide a compassionate, evidence-based space where mothers can prioritize their mental health, connect with others on similar journeys, and develop tools for emotional health and well being. In our culturally sensitive and trauma-informed setting, you'll find validation, support, and practical strategies to help you thrive as both a mother and an individual.

Nurturing Mamas: 8 Week Maternal Group Therapy Program
Group therapy sessions designed specifically for mothers facing all the difficulties that come with life changes and new roles. You'll get the warmth and connection of supportive peers combined with professional guidance and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
In traditional therapy groups, conversation is the therapy. In OT groups, doing is the therapy—participants learn and practice skills through meaningful activities that become practical coping strategies for daily life.
